For shipped items, any damages that occur during shipping must be claimed through carrier.

*In order to file an insurance claim for damaged items, please submit the following through Ebay messenger:

• High resolution photos of the entire damaged item(s)
• Photos of the external packaging (aka the outside of the box/envelope)
• Photos of the inside of the box/envelope with any packaging materials used

If you need an item by a certain date or would like an item shipped with a faster service, please message before purchasing so that we can get you an accurate shipping estimate.

Majority of our items are antique or vintage and by definition, pre-owned. We carefully check each item, but normal wear and tear is to be expected. We do our best to include any minor problems in the description or to show condition through our photos, so please look closely. Item images are considered a part of the item description. We're happy to answer any questions you may have and send additional images if necessary.

Additionally, we do our best to heavily research the items we do not already have background on. However, mistakes happen. If you feel we've made an error in our listing, please let us know and we will look into it.
