Interior movement is brass and show tarnish and patina. Movement bears numerical marks of "74" and 150-010. Movement is marked "Welby Division" followed by "Elgin National Watch Co." followed by " Two (2) Jewels" and "Made in West Germany". Clock dial shows some tarnish and patina from age and use Glass in dial cover shows no cracks or breaks needing only a light cleaning. Brass bezel shows tarnish and patina. Dial and back side of the casing bear made in Germany marks. Wooden casing shows finish wear and soiling to the surface throughout so item could use a detail cleaning and polish. Casing shows wear to the wood around edges and corners with the most notable areas being the front lower corners. Surface as a whole show tarnish, patina and surface wear consistent with age and use.
