Size Up The Right Fit

Unless it says ‘Fitted with Factory Tub Liner’ all our mats are cut to fit the standard ute tub. Choose this option if you have the factory ute liner installed.

  • Contact Number: Please provide a daytime contact number for our courier to call if he should need your assistance.
  • No PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Boxes due to the fact we delivery using couriers and not Australia post.
  • Delivery Concerns: If the item has not arrived in the expected time? Please let us know so we can follow up with the courier company at get the matter resolved for you.
  • Loss or Damage: All items are covered for loss or damage in transit so you can buy from Aussie Tonneaus with confidence.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be emailed to our customers once the order is dispatched, your eBay account will also be updated once your order has been dispatched.
  • Trading Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm (closed public holidays).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after your payment has been cleared. Please note our products are shipped from Victoria and some items e.g. Mats, Clip-on covers, Tray covers etc, need to be shipped via road and therefore delivery can take up to 5 days, depending upon your location.
If you live in a remote area and have not received your item within 10 business days please contact us.

All returns must be received back within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

General Returns Policy
If a product is wrongly described, faulty or damaged, you may choose between a replacement or refund. Under these circumstances Aussie Tonneaus will pay all of the return freight charges.  Please note that items will need to be returned in their original condition in terms of both the product and its packaging.

'Change of Mind' Returns
Aussie Tonneaus will accept ‘change of mind’ returns at management’s discretion, and restocking fees may be charged. In such cases the buyer is responsible for all postage costs. Please understand that we are a manufacturer and some of our products are made to order, therefore unfortunately in some cases we are not able to accept ‘change of mind’ returns.

- Contact us via eBay to discuss your return and get approval. Please include your receipt number when contacting us.

- If the reason for return is due to fitment, we may ask for additional information or photos before we can approve your return. The reason for this is that we may be able to assist with the situation if the error is in the installation.
- Depending on the reason for the return:

  • You will be emailed instructions on how to contact our courier in order to return your package (our cost). You will then request a suitable pickup time and your package will be picked up & returned to us.
  • We will ask you to send back the item to our requested address (your cost). You will need to repackage the item and send it back using a method of your choice but we suggest using a service that provides tracking in case the item goes missing.

- On receipt of the goods, we will either refund you or arrange for a replacement product to be posted back to you. We may contact you at this point if we have any further questions about your return.

- Refunds/returns/exchanges are processed within 2 working days of receival of goods. Refunds are completed using the method of original payment.

  • Items paid for with E-Check will need to clear prior to dispatch.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure the delivery details are correct, Please make sure they are up to date with a daytime contact number if needed to assist in the delivery.

Q. Is your cover the same as my original cover?
No, we are an after-market supplier and therefore cannot copy OEM products, however in some cases our covers are compatible with your pre-existing hardware. However if you do have pre-existing hardware and are in any doubt that our cover will fit, please contact us before you order to verify if our cover is compatible.

Q. What if I have pre-existing hardware installed?
Please contact us via eBay, providing us with photos and the measurements of your cover, we will then check and advise you if our products are compatible.

Q. Can I get the cover fitted to my vehicle?
We do not offer a fitting service, however our covers do come with a set of detailed fitting instructions so that you can fit the cover yourself.
If you would prefer it to be fitted professionally you can enquire with a local motor trimmer or car mechanic as they may be able to assist you.

Q. Can I come and pick up my item?
As an online business our goods are shipped from a centralised distribution facility, consequently we are not able to offer a customer pick-up service.

Q. Can I return my cover if I change my mind, just don’t like it or I have ordered the wrong product?
You can return the product to us as long as it is in its original condition, complete with its fitting kit. We may ask you why you want to return it as your feedback will allow us to further improve our systems and processes.
In such cases the return freight costs will be at your expense so please make sure that you order the correct part. If you are in any doubt, please get in touch with us before you place your order.

Q. How long until I get my money back after I have returned an item?
We will issue your refund after we have received the item back into our warehouse.
N.B. Please follow the return instructions listed on our website very carefully so as to avoid any delays in processing your refund.
