Packaging
We take care in packaging each order - you can rest assured that your items will be thoughtfully packaged to minimize risk and arrive safely to you and in a timely manner.

Shipping Cost
To keep your prices low, we charge actual shipping cost only, we do not add any additional fees for packaging or handling.

Combined Shipping
We're happy to combine shipping for multiple items going to the same address.* Multiple items should auto-combine in your cart, but if not, you can request an invoice with combined shipping. We will choose the lowest cost shipping option during fulfillment meeting all carrier weight and policy requirements.

Additional
Once we ship your order, we will provide you tracking information. If you do not receive your shipment within 11 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate your order further. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost if they want the item resent. If the item will not be resent, the buyer will be issued a refund for the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping paid. Please review your shipping details to ensure successful delivery. Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. If an item is over 1 pound, it must be shipped via Priority Mail USPS or FedEx. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound or ounce, depending on the carrier requirements.

If an item is damaged in shipping, we will be happy to help. Please contact us with your order number and details, including pictures of the damaged item within 30 days of purchase.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, and the fact that many are vintage and not new merchandise, items are not eligible for return without reasonable cause. Please take care in reviewing product descriptions and photos before placing your order to be fully aware of the condition of the item. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about an item and we will respond as soon as possible.
