This is a super rare 1996 Just So Phat Records cd; The Phat Pac............A great Midwest Underground Rap (with a little R&B) compilation outta’ Indianapolis Indiana featuring Lady Vybe, TaQuita Short, Jim-E-Mac, KT, Lil’ Muny, Three V, Da Foe, Fourty Dog, Illy Noise and others........It doesn’t have a front cover and don’t think it ever did because I’ve found these in the past and they’ve never had front inserts..........The back insert is wavy and ruffled on one edge with some faint traces of moisture exposure.........The cd looks new!
