Selling a HP Stream Laptop model 11-d060sa blue in colour.

Is listed as not working as when turned on it comes up with something saying Boot Device Not Found I'm not sure if this means it has no hard drive or its faulty but it won't load up past this page so unfortunately I'm unable to check laptop any further.

Screen and keyboard seem to be working fine there is however some scratches on the top of the laptop iv took pictures to try show this.

Does not come with a charger.
