Shipping

We aim to get all of our items posted within one working day. When possible,

we will dispatch on the same day. All our items are sent via Royal Mail.

Returns

We want all of our customers to be happy with the product and service

they receive. However, if you're not happy with what you have purchased you may

cancel your order and return the items to 'The Football Fans Warehouse' within

14 days of your receipt. You will receive a refund within 24 hours of the item

returning, provided the items return in a condition where they can be

resold. 

'The Football Fans Warehouse' accepts no liability for any postage costs

incurred.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged when received

please contact us for a replacement or refund. A freepost returns label can be sent

to you via email to avoid costing you further.
