This listing is for a Ralph Kester Flat Jack snare drum with a 16" top head and 14" bottom head. This drum is being sold as-is / for parts or restoration. The chrome has tarnish, light pitting and light scratches. All parts appear to be there but unknown what this drum needs in order to function.
