Great little Mini Cooper s project

Originally I purchased this car with the lacquer peeling off the bodywork and my plan was to just roller it matt black and use it as a nippy run around but having a few projects on the go has meant that this has just sat gathering dust. When I bought it a while back it had a broken window, I fixed that straight away and the car was actually running perfectly fine and just needed an mot but I wasn’t ready to drive it till I did something with the paintwork. After sitting for a while and me making the decision to sell it I charged the battery back up and noticed it’s developed a power steering fault and an idling fault. When I read up on it I found that it’s a common issue with these and could be as simple as a bit of corrosion in the plug.

I was told by the previous owner that it was stage 1 mapped but I have no proof of this although the exhaust does pop and bang on deceleration so might be true.

All inspections are welcomed, I have the v5 to hand and please note it has no mot.
