ok decent  antique condition. the silver plating is half rubbed off and you can see the brass.I believe this is a salt cellar, maybe mustard pot but I think its maybe to small for a mustard pot. also has a plastic lining which is the way I bought it but not sure if this is how it originally came. see pictures
