This is a vintage/antique Brown Glazed Ceramic/Porcelain Insulator that has a metal rod through the middle of it. It looks like a PEIRCE Insulator and there is some writing on the top but it is small and hard to read. Age isn't known. It's in very good shape. No cracks or breaks. There are a couple of chips in the glaze.
