Welcome!

For your consideration:

An Exakta VX 35mm camera circa 1951 with a Carl Zeiss Tessar 80mm/f2.8, Isco Westanar prime f2.8/50mm and Elgeet f4/4" portrait lens. Extension tube set for close-up work. Camera body cap and various caps for other lenses. Two lens cases and an excellent full grain leather carry bag. Eye level viewfinder. Interesting camera serial #730001. Shutter with speeds to 1/1000th of a second and slow speeds to 12 second exposure. Interchangeable finders. This specimen showing only minor signs of cosmetic use and wear. Recovered in a lovely brown leather. I don't often offer a camera bag but this one is a beautiful full grain leather case that shows no maker marks and may be a custom made item.

Condition details: Camera body shows light wear but no dents or dings. Leather in new condition. Film chamber is clean with light usage. Shutter winds and fires smoothly and shutter speeds appear accurate. Curtains are smooth and light-tight. All lenses show some wear but are fully functional. No separation or fungus noted. Aperture blades are clean and dry on all and adjust well. Focusing on Tessar is a bit stiff but other lenses are smooth and free. See photos for further condition assessment.
