OVERVIEW:
The Buggy Champ, which sparked the "Buggy Boom" upon its 1979 release, makes a triumphant return in an upgraded form. 
This 2009 re-release remains faithful to the original's fundamental design while integrating contemporary enhancements and introducing meticulously crafted components produced through newly designed metal moulds. 

Additionally, the new Buggy Champ showcases a transparent housing that shields the internal mechanics and battery, along with grooved front and rear tires featuring a block tread pattern.

The SRB chassis is possibly the most iconic chassis by Tamiya.
Chassis features a 2mm thick FRP plate with an aluminum reinforcing plate for strength and flexibility to ensure stability.
4-wheel independent suspension features front double trailing arm and rear swing axle setups, die-cast suspension arms, and oil dampers. Both ends have torsion bar suspension and have oil-filled dampers (Tamiya's first). It also features an aluminium die-cast gear case.

Brushed 540 motor is included.
