These flags have been a huge aid to my matchday. 

With the ability to have the receiver on vibrate and noise, I never miss an AR's support at any point, whilst also allowing discrete communication between the team via the use of the "buzzer" allowing better support on matchday. AR's have complimented the comfortable grip in both warm and wet conditions, with the soft-touch button meaning that it is easy for an AR to react and alert. 

With a grip and design similar to the Evrocom's these are brilliant for the price!
