*****Free Delivery - We use Royal Mail's second class post for free delivery. After we have dispatched your order, parcels are most often delivered within a further 2-4 days but have been known to take over a week. We can NOT guarantee delivery time's.
If you must have your order sooner, we would advise using the express service. Please note Royal Mail second class can take up to 14 days to arrive, we will be unable to refund or replace during this time.
*****Non-UK Delivery - We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days although under normal circumstances they are completed far more quickly than this. We use eBay to send our products outside the UK, who calculate all shipping costs.
Unfortunately personalised items have no value once personalised and as such we urge you to take care that no mistakes are made when ordering as we cannot accept returns once any item has been personalised. We will copy the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order. We will contact you if the wording does not seem 'right' but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all spellings/wording are correct. If you wish to consider returning a non-personalised gift, then please contact us initially. All goods must be returned in the same packaging in a 're-saleable' condition in which they arrived.
