This product is the Bat Mech from a LEGO set, released in 2015 and retired in 2016, called "Gorilla Grodd Goes Bananas". It includes a Bat Mech Robot with a net and features characters from DC Comics Super Heroes, specifically Batman.

I'm pretty sure I put him together correctly but see pictures for better assessment.
