Factory Sealed Tin Top Delco Moraine Box with pick tag taped over the imprinted part number.  I did not remove tag, but peeked under to verify the number.  Guessing the valve is plastic as the box is pretty light at .9 (point 9) ounces.  Will not open, you get to pull the lid!!

This NOS Delco Moraine Power Brake Check Valve, with manufacturer part number 5461810, is a vintage part made in the United States. It is a direct replacement and has superseded part numbers 5474691, 5460775, and 5455973. This performance part is suitable for use in GM Olds Pontiac models from 1962 to 1963. The item does not come with a manufacturer warranty.
