ALL FISH SHIPPED USING TRANSHIPPER SERVICE ONLY

By the LAW all live animals entering any country MUST come through a Licensed Import Agent in your country (Transhipper). 

Your fish will arrive to AIRPORT in your country (Not direct to customer address). Fish MUST be CLEARED by customs and INSPECTED by local authorities.

* A Transhipper in your country will handle whole process so that fish can enter your country legally *

There will be EXTRA FEES! (Domestic Delivery and Import Fee and possible cost of insulated box & heat pack). 

These fees need to be paid directly to Transhipper in your country so that he or she can forward the fish to your adress.

Our Shipping Cost:

As described above, please be aware that the $6 shipping fee is only to get your fish 

to your local transhipper (shipping cargo fee from Indonesia to your country).
