Vintage Retro Paint by Number Spaniel Dog Artwork Wood Frame with Glass 1960s?

 Fun vintage Paint-by-Number artwork of a black and white regal looking spaniel standing in a field. This piece is professionally framed with a wood frame and glass. The back has a wire hanger. There is no signature that I can see. It is 18 ½” across by

14 ½” high by 1 ¼” deep. The painting and frame are in great vintage condition. There are a few wear marks on the frame (see pics).
