The XIIW® suction lifter is a portable vacuum lifting device used for lifting, moving, and placing objects such as glass panes, windows and doors, plastic and metal sheets, tiles and floors, appliances, and furniture. The XIIW® suction lifter is not intended for:
     • Climbing or securing a human body in any way. This product is not designed or intended for
climbing or carrying the weight of a person. Using this product for climbing or any other
unintended purpose can result in injury or death.
     • Lifting, moving, or placing objects made of highly porous, soft/flexible, or brittle materials,
such as simple cardboard boxes, styrofoam, dry-cast paving stones, compacted sand, or
poor-quality concrete.

About the glass suction cup
The XYN-003 handheld suction cup is featured with a durable metal handle, ABS pump and 8-inch suction plate. It is perfect for use on flat glass surfaces or on rigid materials / equipment in factories and warehouses .

Barometer display
The plunger is with a barometer reading. It can show whether there is enough vacuum to lift your load. If it's less than full vacuum, simply re-pump the plunger.

Double rubber and triple seal
Two-layer rubber structure forms a cavity and triple seal, has better sealing performance, keep the suction more than 6 hours.

Heavy stainless steel body with rustproof handle
The hand pump siphon has heavy duty stainless steel body and rustproof handle, it is not easy to be broken when lifting.

NOTE:
1.The provided measurements were conducted under controlled laboratory conditions, and the actual load capacity of the suction cup may be lower in real-world usage scenarios.
2.Regardless of the conditions, it is essential to ensure that the load exerted on the suction cup does not exceed the maximum load determined from the aforementioned experiment.

A) Check before use
1.Before use, please test the grip strength of the vacuum suction cups on a small piece of material.
2.Use the suction cups on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces within a temperature range of 10°F to 120°F. Moisture or contamination can reduce the slip resistance of the suction cups.

B) Fasten
1.Pump the plunger until the cup is fully seated. When the red line is hidden, the vacuum is sufficient for lifting.
2.Regularly check the plunger to ensure that the suction cups remain securely attached. If the red line appears on the lifter, re-pump the plunger until the red line disappears.

C) Let go
1.Place the load on a secure surface.
2.Squeeze the valve release lever until the suction cups come off completely.

D) Maintenance
1.Use a clean sponge or lint-free cloth with a little soapy water to clean the cup face.
2.Store the suction cups in the carrying case in a dry place with lower temperatures.
