Note - This is 1 of the 4 RARE Clear Chase Cards from Dragon Ball Z Artbox Series 4. This is the least printed series that Artbox produced and was ultimately the last set they made. 

Series 4 covers the android and beginnings of the cell saga with the 4 chase cards reflecting scenes from that saga.

Given that these are clear acetate cards, they do contain surface swirls/scuffs all over the surface of the card. This is how they came out of the packs.
