I purchased this in the early 90s. It is framed (no glass, though). Size is 20.5 inches x 8.5 inches. It is signed by Larry Lieber and Stan Lee. It is numbered 207/1000. I don't have much more on it. If memory serves, I think I actually bought this off of QVC in like 1994 or so.
