Deluxe seasoned cuts of mahogany and spruce

The DYM60HD’s back and sides are crafted from old-growth Honduran mahogany, an incredibly light tonewood aged for half a century that effortlessly responds to all types of playing with warm midrange, open lows, and crisp highs. Capping this is a master grade AAAA Adirondack spruce top with a flawless surface and tonal traits reminiscent of vintage pre-WWII guitars which often featured Adirondack spruce. Acoustic enthusiasts at Sweetwater love the DYM60HD’s advanced “soft-V” to “C” profile mahogany neck which keeps chording and picking smooth and divine on both ends of the neck. This neck also features an extended dovetail neck joint for wider truss rod adjustment range and better energy transfer from neck to body.
