Details on the back: KUTTLER (for sure, name of the photographer), Institut Foto, Centru Bucurestiului (Bdul Elisabeta)
- it means center of Bucharest, which is the capital of Romania, and the bulevard Elisabeta is the big centered bulevard in Bucharest. I just love how elegant they are!
Status: the photo is in a vintage condition, soft stains due to storage and patina.
