Domestic UK Post -
All orders are sent Free 2nd class delivery, some orders that exceed a certain value may be sent 1st or Tracked instead. However, if you would like an alternative service please choose desired option when checking out.
Orders received before 7pm will be picked and despatched same day (9am next day post collection). Orders received after this time will fall into the following days run. If for any reason we do not despatch same day we will send 1st class the following day instead.
We kindly ask that in rare cases where your order does not arrive within the specified timescales, to allow up to 10 days from the dispatch date before contacting us as Royal Mail are known to occasionally keep hold of mail and deliver later than expected.
International Post -
International standard is the default option we use. Please be aware this method can take a upto 30 days and does not include Tracking. For piece of mind we recommend choosing International Tracked instead.
Additional delivery charges may be applied if orders are across multiple lots. Please contact us to arrange an agreed delivery price if this happens.
