Vintage Erfie Jeunesse UK 16 (42) Sheer Short Sleeve Patterned Long Blouse.

The blouse has shoulder pads, plus there are these marks that look like thread pulls. However there isn’t any excess materials which is what you’d usually get when that happened so I’m unsure.

There are a couple of areas where it has done it. I have got some in the photos.
