Vest is new, flawless.  No bladder.  No size tag.  Size is best guess based on measurements and information from other listings.  Front straps and side mesh are elastic.  At rest, vest measures 17" across laying flat and can stretch to 21".  Please see pictures for details, refer to measurements for best fit.
