      Change of Mind for Purchases Made from Kathmandu's eBay Store
      If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as 'seconds'.
      For Change of Mind returns, goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.

      How will my order be delivered?
      Your order will be delivered to your door by Australia Post; this can be a residential or business address. To avoid unnecessary contact, they no longer require signatures for orders at the moment. The postie will ask for and record a name before confirming delivery on their handheld device. They'll then leave the item at the door. If no one is home the postie will check for a safe place to leave the item, and if a safe place can't be found, they'll take it to the Post Office for collection.

      What will happen if I am out when you deliver?

      How long will my order take?
      For Sydney & Melbourne areas, standard delivery is 2-4 business days. The rest of Australia standard delivery is 5-7 business days, plus an additional 2 days for rural deliveries. If on the rare occasion your order does not arrive after 10 working days, please write us a message and we will be happy to track the order for you.

      My item arrived damaged - what should I do?
      If you have received a faulty or damaged item please write us a message to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution.
