We offer free shipping for any orders within the United States.

Most orders are shipped within one business day Monday to Friday with standard shipping and tracking number. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded as soon as the item has been shipped. If you need your items even faster, we offer expedited shipping options below.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address during checkout as the address cannot be changed after checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

RETURNS

We offer a no quibble money back guarantee returns within 14 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.

If a wrong item is received, the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage charge that are required to return the item to us. Please contact us if you need Zenza Beauty to provide a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item.

For all returns, please include the following information inside the packaging:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Reason for returning your order

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as "delivered" to our facility. Once received, please allow 2 - 3 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address information, we will charge $4.95 to resend the package. If at this point you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus return shipping charges.
