Very rare brooch made in Japan. No Disney markings but sure looks to be Dumbo.
Japan made these type trinkets during mid century with scrap metal.
Great gift for the collector, historian or fan!
The spots on the felt look to be decorative spots with the same type paint used to paint the brooch.
