Nice vintage German Cycling Club Pin.  The pin does have some missing Enamel.  We included a picture showing the missing Enamel areas circled in yellow.  There are a few other minor chips or cracks in the Enamel, but none of them are terribly noticeable except upon close inspection.  Considering this pin 118 years old,  we'd say it's in fairly good condition. 

This pin measures 2" tall by  1 5/8" wide. 

The back of the pin reads "A. Belada Burgasse 40".  It also reads (best we can see) "Wien#il2". We cannot read the letter where we put the "#" and we're not 100% sure that's followed by the letter "i", but the rest of it looks correct.  Hopefully that helps you know who made the pin.
