The iron looks like it has seen a good deal abuse and there isn't a great deal of meat left. But having said that it's still an honest John. I have not cleaned it at all. The diameter of the shoe is three inch or between 75 and 76 millimeters four start the total length of the shoe is 18 inches but expressed in millimeters that is 458 millimeters. I believe that everything on this plane is original. The diameter of the iron is two inches and 3/8 it's pressed in millimeters 61 millimeters. There is a little of the japaning missing from behind the handle on the shoe
