Folds in half (stainless steel pin/hinge) (36" long folded) and has molded ergonomic handles built in on each side making it easy to carry and store. Manufacturer claims the total weight capacity for this ramp is 500 lbs. and I can tell you our 60 lbs. dog didn't flex it a bit.
