- Items shown in the photos are actual items for sale. No stock photos are used.
- The set is 99.9-100% complete. No known parts are missing, but a minor part or two may be missing or minor substitutions may have been made during construction (my sets are built from instructions not master parts lists, so sometimes minor assembly errors occur). Contact me with any questions on specific missing or included pieces.
- Original minifigures are included. They are in great shape. Note: the Voldemort figure's original torso is missing and has been replaced with a similar substitute.
- Tan baseplate(s) shown under minifigures are not included in the listing. They are used for display purposes only.

Notes on payment/shipping:
- Payment via Ebay is required.
- Please complete payment within 5 days of the close of sale/auction/acceptance of offer.
- Items may be disassembled partially for shipment.
- Items will be shipped via USPS at the most economical rate available.
- I will combine shipping. If you purchase multiple items from me in the same day, please request combined shipping and do not pay until I send a combined invoice with reduced total shipping cost.
