This is a handmade vintage belt from a California Boutique that was bought in the 1980s.  This is an "It's a Jungle" belt that was handmade by Angelique Van Der Sande. This features leather, Fur (not sure if real or fake), feathers and puff paint.  It also has a 1978 Solid Brass Baron Buckle 6104.
