This is a rare and collectable action figure of the Frank character from the Hellraiser franchise. Manufactured by NECA in 2004 as part of the Hellraiser Series, this multicolor figure is an original licensed reproduction and comes in its original packaging.  The card is in overall nice condition.  See pic.
