Camera is used, in pretty nice condition and it works as it should.  It will not come with a battery.   The instructions book is included.   The selector wheel on the back, all the print wore off the wheel, so you have to figure out what setting you have it set to.  Camera has just light scratches on the outer casing,  and is missing a little corner plastic cover piece that goes under the battery cover.  You will recieve the exact camera as pictured.
