Cute Victorian hanging tassel porcelain doll. It is vintage but likely not as old as the time period of the dress. which is representative of dresses worn around the turn of the 20th century (1900s).

The condition is excellent - no blemishes to speak of.

The doll is approx. 9" but when hanging its about 12”.
