Selling Action Sindy by Marx, from 1978-79. She was made in Hong Kong, has a jointed body, jointed wrists, blonde rooted hair, painted eyes & lashes and she is very similar to the Pedegree doll from UK.  She also looks similar to Ideal's Tammy doll She is in her original box with inside case and fully dressed and has the fashion brochure that came with her inside the box from 1978.

I listed her as "previously owned", which she was, but she was never played with and has never been removed from the case. As I explained in the description, her type of plastic and in contact with the lighter plastic of the case where she is, shows like she might have had some melting throughout the years. I have seen this melting of the plastic in Sindy dolls outside the box too (for example where the hip connects to the leg) so this looks like a result of the type of plastic and it's contact with other materials or just passing of time). She hasn't been taken out of the case, I only opened the box to take better photos, so I am not sure exactly what is going on, but she looks like new, and it should not be a problem once she is taken out of the packet/case to pose her as she is supposed to.

Please look carefully at the photos which are the best way to see the actual condition. I always try to be very accurate in my listings describing as much as possible the condition of my items, but still, the majority of what I sell is vintage, a few are antique, so they are previously owned and in varying degrees of usage or display, so they might show some wear and tear.
