Here is a Premier Tristar Hi Hat Super Heavy Duty Cymbal Stand from a Royale Kit. NOW comes with clutch and felts, seen in last picture, has the larger diameter down bar, outer poles are very thick, chrome super nice, and are professional quality.  Made in England, not China, where everyone else is making there stuff in China now a days.
