Purchases of trainers that are listed at £100 and over will go via the eBay authentication process. This means I ship directly to eBay they authenticate the trainers and then send onto you. This gives you as the buyer that reassurance that all the shoes sold are 100% genuine.  The only drawback to this process is that it will add on average an extra 2 to 3 days till you receive your shoes.

If the condition of the shoe received does not reflect the listing then a full refund can be offered.  If the shoes have gone via eBay authentication then they will be returned via eBay and once they have processed the return and verified the claim you will be provided with a full refund.

Unfortunately I can not currently accept returns due to the fit of the shoe, so please check your sizing before ordering.
