I ahve seen this wheel on Dusters, Valiants and Road Runner also Satellites. This is the cheap 3 spoke base steering wheel. The grain on it is excellent it was pulled from a low mileage car. It needs a good cleaning or fresh black dye for a show car. It included the horn button and the horn rocker. The wire came loose from the horn rocker but it can be easily re attached. Nice original wheel for your Plymouth
