Vintage retro free-standing wooden chest of four drawers/kitchen unit from the 1950s-60s. The top and recessed base have been painted black, the frame has been painted off-white and the drawers in 'Bassoon' by Little Greene. The original handles have been sprayed black and the entire unit has been matt varnished for a more durable finish. Very smart, sturdy condition. The drawer interiors have some writing/ink marks (see pic). All drawers open and close well. There is a slightly bigger gap to the right of one drawer (see pic), but this doesn't detract.
