Returns:

I am sorry but I am unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind about the item or because it doesn't fit. I try to describe the item and list all sizes so that you can ask any questions you have PRIOR to purchase. I will only accept returns if the item is faulty or not as described.

Parcel not received?

I always obtain proof of posting and I usually always send parcels by recorded delivery so I should be able to track your item and resolve the problem for you.
