Quoting Mary of St. Peter: “..His Will is that this militia be called ‘Defenders of the Holy Name of God’”

 and she went on to say that the cross should have on one side: ‘Blessed be theName of God’

                                                                          and on the other: ‘Begone satan’

The cross would seem to be between 1845 and 1875. The medal might have been attached later;no way of knowing.

The common (and later.) version would be of 1876 and 1885. Neither of those has “Defenders of the Holy Name of God’;

nor ‘The Name of God is blasphemed’
