New and in box. Also comes with dust bag.

The cardboard box has a few marks on it and the photos show this.

I cannot see any issues with the shoes. I would say that the sold shows signs of being tried on, but this would be the only thing and I am not really sure if I am being picky by saying this. Please see photos and zoom in on them.
