We use the term Penny Auction because many but not all items in this store category start at 1¢. Some higher value or desirable items start a bit higher, but I try to open at an attractive price.

As inexpensive items we describe as best we can quickly, but do not warranty the items. We are also unable to address questions about these items, we can't afford to spend significant time on 1¢ items.
