Description

This door set was made by P. and F. Corbin around 1895. The design was named "Ceylon", and features a multitude of geometrics and flowers on the doorknobs, doorplates, and lock faceplate . The mortise lock (which can be easily reversed) works well. Normal wear to the knobs and lock faceplate the doorplates in general good conditions .

Antique "Ceylon" Doorplates measure 1 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" tall. Mortise lock faceplate is 7/8" by 5 1/4"; depth of box is 3 1/4" and height is 3 3/4". They have 2 1/2" setback to center of doorknob shaft and keyhole. Doorknobs are 2 1/4" diameter dome style We include the doorknob rod and rod screws.
