Although somewhat overshadowed by her husband (the late sculptor Don Rambadt), Barbara Sorenson Rambadt (1936- ) is in her own right a well-known artist and much-honored Wisconsin watercolorist.
The work at hand is a 21 x 15 inch watercolor still life entitled "Broccoli In Enamelware", double-matted to 26 x 19 inches and signed in the field. Although likely dating from about 25 years ago, it's in fresh-off-the-easel condition.
