Up for your consideration is a World War II Japanese Military helmet found at the Battle of Iwo Jima by a United States Marine. It was traded to my Grandfather for a German hat that he found. My Grandfather was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This helmet has been displayed in my fishing cottage for many years.
